Excellent Management team!
My girlfriend and I recently had to transition to a new unit within, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level ... of service and care we received throughout the process. From the moment we raised concerns about issues in our previous unit, the management team went above and beyond to ensure that our living experience was nothing short of exceptional. Not only did they address our concerns promptly and professionally, but the management team offered us the opportunity to transition to a new unit. This gesture not only alleviated all the concerns we had but also demonstrated their dedication to providing residents with a comfortable and hassle-free living environment. Best value and Location.
I have been living in Riverwalk for the last year and absolutely love it. 30 minutes from Boston and 20 minutes to Hampton ... Beach. The staff are amazing and always helpful ( Mike, Ronnie and Kristen) to name a few. Recently they have upgraded the dog park / play area. The tentents are all ages and ton's of dogs. An amazingly stylish and convenient place to live. Wonderful amenities: Underground parking, dog parks, outdoor seating areas, rooftop deck, well-placed trash chutes, huge entertainment room for tenant use and for rent for larger affairs, concierge service, excellent maintenance and office response time. It’s been amazing so far. I can’t wait to fully be moved in. But my experience with Neyshia and the help she offered along with her professionalism was second to none. My resident tour was amazing and to see all the amenities made me want to take full advantage of them. The dog parks are such a plus! Thank you again to management for such a warm welcome.

Great communication between staff and tenants, all questions fully answered and made the move in experience easy! Absolutely loved how clean everything is maintained and the Amenities are a plus!

Easy move it and great community. Our apartment was clean. The appliances are nice and bathroom is up to date. We love the security and that parking is available.

I moved here because I had seen my sister's apartment and liked it. I enjoy mine as well! I also like the fact that there is a full time maintenance staff here who can quickly address any issues or problems. The leasing staff is also great.

Very accommodating. Very helpful with the move in. Any issues we had were resolved in a quick fashion. Apartments are updated. Feels like I am in a hotel.

I am very happy to live in this community. I've been here 5 years and hopefully I'll be here for many more to come. The apartments are beautiful, the common areas are well kept, the grounds are clean and maintained. Location is very convenient.

Everyone has been wonderful to work with, especially the Maintenance men. I love the dog parks and so do ,my 2 pups. It is quiet and a very nice place to live.
