The apartment is expected to be returned to its original condition prior to vacating.
Our community offers a wide variety of amenities including a fitness center, BBQ/picnic area, club room, rooftop lounge with grill, coffee/tea lounge, dog park, complimentary Wi-Fi in common areas, workspace area, dining room with catering kitchen, conference room, lounge area with TV & billiards, vending machines, package receiving, elevators, private resident fob access, and underground garage parking available.
The roof lounge is open seasonally from 8am-8pm.
Pending availability, one spot is available to rent per apartment. Additional parking can be rented in the MVRTA garage next to the community.
$50 monthly rent for dogs and $35 for cats.
Each apartment comes with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and in unit washer and dryer.
We do not have furnished apartments, but furniture rental is available through CORT.

Packages are secured in the package room that requires a resident fob for access or the Luxer package locker. Both are available 24/7.
Interior amenity spaces are available 7am-10pm; rooftop lounge from 8am-8pm; and the gym is open 24/7. The Club Room can be rented to host a party at a cost.
We accept walk ins but suggest calling to schedule a tour to confirm availability.
You will go through a background and credit screening that can take from 1 day - 1 week on average.
You pay your first months rent and security deposit.

Parking and pets require additional monthly payments.
A minimum of $100,000 liability is required for a provider of your choice.

Persons not listed in the lease must not stay in the apartment for more than 14 consecutive days without our prior written consent, and no more than twice that many days in any one month.
Your original deposit will be refunded through that standard process and a new one will be required under your new lease.
No subletting is allowed and is a direct violation of their lease.
You are required to give a minimum of a 60 day notice and the buy out fee is equal to 2 months rent.

Riverwalk Apartments is located in Lawrence’s Riverwalk District, which offers restaurants, salons, child care, medical services, fitness centers, education opportunities, and views of the Merrimack River all within steps of your front door.
